‘Fear the Walking Dead’ Star Cliff Curtis Cast in ‘Avatar’ Sequels
Casting is underway for the recently announced Avatar sequels. Deadline reports that actor Cliff Curtis, who stars as Travis Manawa in AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead, has been cast in a lead role for all four Avatar sequels.
Curtis will play Tonowari, the leader of the Metkayina reef people clan. In years past, director James Cameron has hinted at taking the Avatar world underwater. And if Curtis’ character is any indication, Cameron will stay true to his word.
