Titians TV Series & Young Justice Season 3 to Launch DC’s Digital Service

DC is already such a dominant force in television with the likes of The FlashArrowSupergirl and more. Now, the studio is looking to add onto its success by diving into the online/streaming market. With a new streaming service comes packages and subscriptions that fans will have to consider purchasing and DC knows exactly how to peak viewers’ interests. The online service will launch with the live-action Titans tv series as well as Young Justice season 3 to be titled, Young Justice: Outsiders.

Not too long ago it was confirmed that voice production for season 3 had begun. Show creators Brandon Vietti & Greg Weisman are producers with the series’ Phil Bourassa returning as art director. Sam Register (Teen Titans Go!) will be the executive producer. Check out the synopsis of Young Justice: Outsiders below!

“In the new season, the team faces its greatest challenge as it takes on meta-human trafficking and the terrifying threat it creates for a society caught in the crossfire of a genetic arms race spanning the globe and the galaxy.”

Sounds like a lot to keep the young heroes busy along with wrapping up loose ends from season 2 and learning to be heroes. The Titans series was recently bought out by DC & Warner Bros. Goldsman, Johns and Berlanti will be executive producers on the show. Originally, TNT bought the Titans pilot but has been on hold for some time since the announcement. It’s good to see the series finally being picked up and set to premiere. Below is the synopsis for the live-action Teen Titans series.

“[Titans] follows a group of young soon-to-be superheroes recruited from every corner of the DC Universe. In the action-adventure series, Dick Grayson emerges from the shadows to become the leader of a fearless band of new heroes that includes Starfire, Raven and others.”

DC’s Digital Service is set to debut in 2018 with TitansYoung Justice: Outsiders.
