Trailer for Telltale’s ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ drops
Telltale has debuted the trailer for the first installment of their new Guardians of the Galaxy game. If you are unfamiliar with Telltale games, they come out in seasons of typically five episodes that release one by one. Remember Choose Your Own Adventure books? Telltale games are like a modernized Choose Your Own Adventure but on steroids. The choices you make have a major impact on the narrative and these choices are rarely easy to make. The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us, and Batman are just a few of Telltale’s notable series.

The Guardians of the Galaxy trailer doesn’t reveal much by way of story, but it gives us some cool shots of our five main heroes, complemented by an awkward elevator ride. We’re introduced to Star-Lord (voiced by Scott Porter), Gamora (Emily O’Brien), Drax the Destroyer (Brandon Paul Eells), Rocket Raccoon (Nolan North), and Groot (Adam Harrington). We also get a glimpse of Thanos, the sinister villain that all Marvel fans should be familiar with by now.
The first episode, titled “Tangled Up in Blue”, launches on April 18th and will be available on Playstation 4, Xbox One, PC, Mac, iOS, and Android. A Season Pass disc will be available in stores on May 2.
