Television’s most mind-bending, confusing and fascinating series Legion is set to return for a season two.

Set in the X-Men universe, Legion follows David Haller as he discovers his telepathic powers and learns the truth about his family. In canon David is the son of Professor X. However, on this show nothing can be taken for granted, so David’s true history is still up in the air.

Since David is an extremely powerful telepath, who was originally in a mental hospital, viewers are never quite certain what’s real and what’s all in David’s mind. It makes for a frustrating yet unique TV show.

Legion stars Dan Stevens, Aubrey Plaza, Rachel Keller, Jeremie Harris and Jean Smart. The eight episode first season comes to an end (hopefully with some answers) Wednesday, March 29 at 10 pm ET.
