Marvel’s Television division has been hard at work lately, what with a Runaways show headed to Hulu soon, and an Inhumans series also being in production. The latter will share networks with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on ABC, and will introduce us to the royal family of this advanced group of enhanced super-beings.

While we haven’t been provided with much information on the plot of the new show, all of the major casting has been revealed. Many people were curious to see exactly which actors would get selected for each role; Black Bolt especially. The honor went to Hell on Wheels actor Anson Mount, who underwent something of a makeover to “look the part.” The following images – hat tip to Reel News Hawaii – show Mount filming on the set, in what looks to be his Black Bolt costume. Take a look below:

As well as Black Bolt, Lockjaw, the two-thousand-pound teleporting Inhuman dog can be spotted in these set photos. Of course, the Lockjaw we see has still yet to receive that CGI touch-up, so we’ll have to wait for the finished product.

It’s clear from Mount’s Black Bolt that they’re modernizing the costumes a bit. That might leave a bad taste in some fan’s mouths, but maybe further down the line we could see some of the iconic suits being donned by the other Inhumans characters.

These are the only images we’ve been given so far, so there isn’t much to go off here. Regardless of that, let us know what you think about Black Bolt’s suit in the comment section below!
