With the news of the Power Rangers 2017 movie being distributed by Lionsgate coming out March 24th, I feel like fans should have their own say in what they expect to see in the upcoming film. Power Rangers is a long time childhood franchise, many 90s kids have not let go of this amazing TV show, I have been watching Power Rangers since Mighty Morphin and I enjoyed other seasons’ as well such as Ninja storm, Wildforce, Dino Thunder, Dino Super Charge and many others.

In my opinion, the film needs to feature scenes where there are many unmorphed fights against the puddies. This would eventually lead to their morphing sequence. This scene should also include badass rock music. Similar to the Dino Thunder unmorphed battle original soundtrack. The unmorphed fights make us believe that the five new actors: Dacre Montgomery, R.J Cycler, Noami Scott, Ludi Lin and Becky G are more than just attractive bunch of young actors, but martial artist actors as well. I want to see these actors really get hurt but fight back with awesome martial arts skills kicking and punching and grappling.

The morphing sequence in my opinion has to be in sync and not too complicated for instance the CGI.I’m sure none of us want to have seizures while we watch the film. Computer generated imagery is confirmed in the film, so let’s hope it is done right and has a great original soundtrack with a few acrobatics, during the morphing sequence.

Rita Repulsa is confirmed as the villain in this film, but I’m sure you all know in Power Rangers she sends her evil alien monsters, to do her dirty work. My question is will we see renditions of older monsters such as Lord Zedd, Eye Guy and Pumpkin Rapper? Or will we see a whole new selection of new monsters that battle on behalf of Rita Repulsa. The puddies are more or less are confirmed but we are yet to see more villains in this upcoming film. Certain angles of the power rangers 2017 megazords have been revealed on their official Instagram, the new megazords resemble the dinosaur spirits which are the Red ranger: T-Rex, Blue ranger: Triceratops, Black ranger: Mastodon, Yellow ranger : Sabertooth Tiger and the Pink ranger: Pteradadlcy. I can’t wait for the movie and I hope it lives up to the hype.
